Shore and Land Excursions

Do I have to reserve a Shore & Land Excursion now, or can I do it onboard?
Pre-reserving your Shore & Land Excursions online is a good way to make sure you don't miss out on your preferred excursion. If you decide not to prereserve, forms will be available in your stateroom, at the Shore Excursions Desk onboard. All of our ships offer an interactive television system that allows guests to reserve tours from the convenience of their stateroom. Any tickets you purchase onboard will be delivered directly to your stateroom.

How do I cancel or change my Shore & Land Excursions?
You will need to login in order to make any changes to your excursions. From the homepage, go to 'PLAN A CRUISE' located on the top navigation bar. Scroll down and click on "Shore and Land Excursions." At the upper right of your screen under Book Excursions click the GO button. Enter the information requested under "Not a My Azamara Member?" and select "Submit".
Shore & Land Excursions are subject to cancellations or modification, depending on the number of guests participating. In the event of such changes, we will try to give notice before the commencement of the excursion, if possible. Certain excursions have a minimum booking requirement, or must be limited to a maximum number of participants, as prescribed by the local operator. Not all excursions described on our website may be available on all ships or during a particular sailing.

How do I remove another guest's reservation added to my reservation?
Once you have requested to add a guest from another reservation, they cannot be removed.

What if I need to make changes to my Shore & Land Excursions within 4 days of my cruise sail date?
In order to make any type of changes to your Shore & Land Excursions within 4 days of your sail date, you will need to visit the Shore Excursions Desk once onboard the ship. Available times offered for excursions of interest will be advised once onboard. Reservation forms will be available in your stateroom, at the Shore Excursions. All of our ships offer an interactive TV system, which allows you to reserve your excursions from the convenience of your stateroom.

When can I purchase Shore and Land Excursions?
You can purchase Shore & Land Excursions once you've reserved a cruise, received your cruise reservation number, and have made at least one payment toward your cruise, up to 4 days prior to cruise sail date. To purchase Shore & Land Excursions that are specific to your cruise itinerary you will need to login to your My Azamara account or enter your cruise reservation information.

How much time should I allow between excursions in a day?
It varies, based mainly on location. It is generally recommended that you allow one hour to get from one Shore & Land Excursion to the next. When reserving Shore & Land Excursions, the system will hold approximately a 45-minute interval between return of one excursion and departure of another excursion for unexpected delays. You will not be able to reserve excursions that fall within 45 minutes of each other as it is considered an overlap by our system.

How do I request a Shore & Land Excursion brochure prior to my sailing?

There isn't a separate preprinted Shore & Land Excursion brochure pamphlet. This information is contained within the cruise ticket document. Please open the cruise ticket document upon receipt to the table of contents and look for an item named Shore Excursion Information. Please refer to the page number outlined for access to this pertinent information.

Can I pay for Shore & Land Excursions with more than one credit card?
Yes, you can pay with multiple credit cards. When you reach the billing section, simply select the option to pay with multiple credit cards and enter the required information.

Will transportation be available from the ship to the city center?
Azamara Cruises will offer shuttle service from the ship to the city center in all ports where required for a minimal fee.
Shuttle prices will be determined for each port based on local costs and guest demand. (In Europe, the general price range for unlimited shuttle service for one day is U.S. $6 to $12 per person)

How can I obtain Shore & Land Excursion accessibility information?
